Will I see a design proof before printing?
Yes. We send a design preview for your approval before printing. Your preview is sent within 1–2 business days after we receive your personalization details.
What file formats can I upload?
Our personalization tool accepts PNG, JPG/JPEG, and SVG files.
What image quality should I use?
Send your original, full-size image rather than a screenshot. We check image quality before production to make sure it is suitable for printing.
How long does production take?
Production takes 2–4 business days after you approve your design preview, before your order ships. Shipping and delivery time are additional.
How do I choose the right size?
Sizing varies by style. Compare the item’s size-chart measurements with a shirt that fits you well. If you can’t find a size chart, contact us before ordering.
